Angel's Bench Options:

Ti Amo Memorial Bench with EngravingWould you like to add an engraving to your bench? We can add a custom message for only $30. See example to the right, shown on our Ti Amo Memorial Bench. Just select the "Custom Engraving" option in the drop-down menu in your shopping cart. The engraving size translates to about 14 characters (letters and spaces) per foot. Lettering is black. We will center the engraving on the top board of the backrest or the seat of a backless bench, unless you specify elsewhere. Please let us know your instructions on placement and line break(s)— if not specified, they will be placed at shop's discretion.

5-Foot Rustic Bench with Memorial Plaque - Old-Growth RedwoodWe can also inlay a memorial plaque from your local engraver— we don't order or make the plaques ourselves— for no additional charge. Once your plaque is made you can ship it to us at 33800 Annapolis Rd., Annapolis, CA 95412. Be sure to let us know during checkout in the "Special Instructions & Custom Requests" comment box that you will be sending a plaque so we know to hold your bench until it arrives. Then give us a call or use our contact form when you ship it so we can be on the lookout for it. We will then inlay your plaque in the center of the top backrest board, unless otherwise specified. If there is no backrest (backless bench), please let us know where you'd like the plaque placed.

Angel's Bench Dimensions: Seat widths are stated in the name of each bench, while the total width of each piece (including the armrest) is 4" more: 52" for the 4-Foot, 64" for the 5-Foot, and 76" for the 6-Foot. Seats are 16"H.

Handmade Custom Cushions: First visit Sunbrella Central to choose the outdoor fabric for your cushion. At checkout, the shopping cart will ask if you'd like a cushion. If you choose the cushion, there will be a box where you can type the fabric name and number. Most Sunbrella fabrics are under $20/yard and are included in the cushion price. If you prefer a premium fabric over $20/yard, just write it in the box at checkout. The cost over $20/yard will be manually added to your order total.

Sunbrella fabric is made to sit out in the sun and not fade. It's machine washable. Each cushion has a zipper so you can remove the foam and wash the fabric. We will create and ship your custom cushion with your order. Choose whatever beautiful fabric you like— just let us know the name/number of the fabric you'd like us to order to make your cushion.

Outdoor Furniture Covers: We can make custom covers for any of our furniture using Sunbrella fabric. Browse through the swatches at www.sunbrellacentral.com and then let us know which fabric you'd like us to use for which piece of furniture. We will send an estimate for your custom furniture cover within two business days.

Finish Options:

Your furniture can be finished in one of five ways (select during checkout):

  • Standard Semi-Transparent Sealant
    If you want to keep the natural redwood tones— see images above. (Young-Growth will be stained to appear like Mature-Growth; click here for more information.)
  • Unfinished
    If you prefer your finish to fade to a "weathered look" quickly, or want to apply a custom stain.
  • Off-White Oil-Based Primer
    If you're going to paint in a light color. (We apply two coats.)
  • Gray Oil-Based Primer
    If you're going to paint in a darker color. (We apply two coats.)
  • Wax Finish
    If you plan to use your furniture indoors and would like to keep it looking great without sealant or paint.
