Do you ship large items in one big (heavy) box, or multiple smaller ones?
Tuesday, May 5th, 2009I am considering ordering the Garden Arbor with Built-In Bench and am curious if it is sent in one package that weighs 250 pounds or does it come in several pieces and boxed so that one person could handle it?
Thank you for your email. The garden arbor ships in about 10 parts for ease of transport. The bench ships in 5 parts. It will arrive in a crate with about 6 to 8 boxes strapped to it. All the hardware is included and assembly takes about an hour for the arbor and 15 minutes for the bench.
