Our Rectangular Patio Tables can be purchased alone or in sets with chairs or benches. They come in lengths from six to fourteen feet. Our standard patio tabletop is 36 inches wide. However, if you want a different width, you can easily customize your order. The current options that you will find during the checkout process are: 30", 42", 48", 54", and 60". If you frequently serve meals using large platters or bowls, you might want the additional space for your guests.

4.5-Foot Square Patio Table Set with Two Four-Foot Benches
All Patio Tables have a handsome four-inch wide apron on all four sides under the tabletop and the legs are made from full size 4 x 4 timbers.

Our Square Patio Tables come in sizes from 2.5 to 4.5 feet square, and can be purchased alone or in combinations of benches and/or chairs. You will also find the choice of Patio or Picnic Benches, and the choice of Massive, Ruth, or Luna Chairs or Armchairs, or even Folding Chairs, for a combination that fits your personal style.

The redwood furniture came today. It was in excellent condition. Packing scrap wood around the furniture was a good idea. We followed the match marking and everything went together with no trouble. It's easy to create a “Mini” Patio Table through our rectangular patio table options. This is a 4-Foot Rectangular Patio Table with a 30" wide tabletop. There are many combinations available to choose from— and we also accept custom orders— so whether it's a table for one or a table for twenty-two, you can create a table that's perfect for you!

9-Foot Patio Table with 48"W Seamless Tabletop with Parquet BenchesMany of our customers like to use our patio tables indoors as their dining room tables.
Seamless Four-Foot Round Tabletop with Two Armchairs Seamless Eight-Foot Patio Tabletop
Our Seamless Tabletop option is ideal for use in an covered patio or indoors. It can be taken outdoors for a meal or party but isn't designed for outdoor living. The seamless construction creates a beautiful unbroken tabletop surface that is just as strong as our standard tabletop. But outdoor tabletop boards need "breathing" room to expand and contract to the constant changes in moisture and temperature. The standard tabletop boards are separated by 1/16-inch to allow for this movement.

You can order any Picnic or Patio table with a Parquet Tabletop. If you select the Parquet design, any benches for the set will be matching parquet bench tops by default. If you prefer benches in a different design, just mention it in the comment section at checkout. The parquet pieces will be naturally varied in color as shown at right. When left outdoors the color will slowly even out. The Parquet Tabletop choice is available during the checkout process at no additional charge.

You can also choose our Old Country Tabletop option. The Old Country design is an old European design that can be used either outdoors or indoors. For indoors, you can choose a seamless tabletop design with no spacing between the boards. For year round outdoor applications, please choose our standard tabletop design (1/16" spacing between the boards) to let the boards move with the changing temperature and moisture.

Another custom option you may choose, at no additional charge, is to have the corners of both your table and benches rounded (as shown in the photo below, on the right). The photos below show an Eight-Foot Picnic Table on the left with squared corners, and our Kid's Picnic Tables on the right with rounded corners. Just choose which option you would like during checkout.

Your furniture can be finished in one of five ways (select during checkout):

  • Standard Semi-Transparent Sealant
    If you want to keep the natural redwood tones— see images above. (Young-Growth will be stained to appear like Mature-Growth; click here for more information.)
  • Unfinished
    If you prefer your finish to fade to a "weathered look" quickly, or want to apply a custom stain.
  • Off-White Oil-Based Primer
    If you're going to paint in a light color. (We apply two coats.)
  • Gray Oil-Based Primer
    If you're going to paint in a darker color. (We apply two coats.)
  • Wax Finish
    If you plan to use your furniture indoors and would like to keep it looking great without sealant or paint.
