![]() Warranty & Return PoliciesOur Guarantee To YouWeather-related wood decay is warranted from eight to thirty years depending on the grade of wood selected. Our Douglas-fir has an 8-year decay warranty; the Mosaic Eco-Wood has a 10-year warranty; Redwood has a 15-year decay warranty; Mature Redwood has a 20-year decay warranty; and Old-Growth Redwood has a 30-year decay warranty. No other wood manufacturer has warranties anything like this. We can do this because of the excellent quality of our wood and the extra-thick timbers used in all our products. In the unlikely event your wood becomes soft from decay before the warranty period expires, just contact us and we will send out replacement parts at no cost. Any Shipping or Fulfillment Errors are quickly corrected. If an order is shipped incorrectly or was partially lost or damaged in transit, please do not reject any packages being delivered because it will delay identifying the items needing replacement. For faster service, please go ahead and assemble the furniture and send us a couple photos so we can quickly identify what is missing, damaged, or incorrectly made. We'll ship replacement parts (or the complete item if necessary) at no cost as quickly as possible. Other than a fulfillment error, if you receive an item you are unhappy with just contact us. While we cannot take back the original item, we will work with you to make a new item or parts at a significantly reduced cost (or no cost in some cases) and take any other steps necessary to ensure your purchase meets your expectations. Your email or call will be returned within 2 business days. Forever Redwood stands behind all its products. If any part is damaged over the years for any reason at all, (for example: your puppy decides to chew through the leg of your furniture) just contact us. A digital photo would help identify the part quickly and easily. We will send any replacement parts necessary to repair the furniture at a reasonable cost to you. You don't ever have to worry about replacing a piece of Forever Furniture. We stand behind our work with parts and service. An occasional small crack or two is not covered by the warranty. Wood moves when left outside due to the constant changes in temperature and moisture. Some small cracks are an occasional and natural development of being outside over the years. Although not recommend, if you ever want to replace a lightly checked or cracked piece, just contact us and we’ll ship out a new part at a reasonable cost. Cancellation and Return Policies: Cancellation requests are accepted within 3 business days of receiving your order. If the order was placed using a credit card, we will process a refund for the full amount minus the credit card processing expenses (2.9%) within 10 days of being notified. Forever Redwood has had few returns/cancellations since beginning furniture building in 2000. We are constantly improving our high-quality product line and enjoy an excellent reputation with our customers. Unfortunately, after 3 days we cannot accept returns or refunds because all items are hand-made with custom details (wood grade, finish, size options, and special customer requests) and difficult to resell once made. But, please keep in mind, we are always available to re-design your custom order if you change ideas in mid-stream. We are one of the only wood-working shops on the internet available to custom build patio furniture. Custom building is detail oriented. For large custom orders, we often make autocad drawings prior to building to make sure we have all your ideas clearly detailed. We have always been willing to custom build most customer requests. Over the years it has generated many of the items we now offer as standard items. Although we cannot take cancellations or returns, we pride our ourselves on excellent workmanship and will do all we can to exceed your quality expectations.
