The swing is amazing. Way better than I could have envisioned from the website.
It was there when I got home on Sept. 20. My son had his 8th birthday party on Sept. 22. The swing was a big hit. One of my sister-in-laws painted the toenails of my daughter and 5 of our nieces (ages 4 to 11) while they were sitting on the swing. Probably not an intended use, but it worked well.
Thank you for all of your efforts in getting it to us in time. If you have the name and mailing address for the guys who built it, I would appreciate it. They did a great job.

In the last two or three years, I've purchased a garden swing, two large planter boxes, two loungers with cushions, 4 dining chairs with cushions and three side tables. Need I say more about my feelings about Forever Redwood?

When I unpacked my first purchase, the garden swing, I was thrilled with the quality of the product. I had been nervous about making an expensive purchase from a company on the other side of the U.S., but the photos on the website didn't do justice to the quality of the actual item. My husband, a mechanical engineer, was pleased that you use stainless steel hardware, and my 16-year-old son and his friend put the swing together easily. After that, I decided to furnish my deck with the chairs, loungers, tables and planters, and have received many compliments on the layout and the quality of the pieces.

When I had questions about the products, Raul was gracious and helpful. His email responses were always prompt, and we even talked on the phone a couple of times. How often do you get to speak directly to the CEO of a company? His patience paid off -- I'm a life-long fan of Forever Redwood. Just wanted to let you know, though it was trouble getting up— It was well worth it.
My three girls love this swing—LIVE ON IT—and I never thought a swing could get so
many looks from people walking round the pond in the backyard–to neighbors coming just to check it out saying how much they love it.

It was a pleasure doing business with you eight years ago and it is again. You have certainly earned our business again. We'll decide our choice of table within the week. I and your other customers are happy you don't need planned obsolescence. You've figured out that if the customer is treated right and you have a superior product they--and their friends--will do more business with you in the long run. I'm not surprised that your swing has been very successful, especially with the roof design.

You have a good memory. My husband is one of God's miracles. He was diagnosed in 1988 with acute leukemia and given a year to live if he underwent intense chemotherapy. He was in the hospital 140 days. Early 1990 we headed 2500 miles to Seattle for a bone marrow transplant from an unrelated donor. We were there four months and he was the only one on his hall of nine patients to survive. He was given 15% chance of survival to one year after transplant. We were told in the rare event that he made it to a year that he could consider the leukemia history. Thanks to the grace of God and all entrusted here in Pittsburgh and in Seattle to his care it has now been over 22 years; it's hard to believe he was ever sick. Because of total body radiation he'll always need protection from sun; a very small price to pay.

We're interested in replacing our 5 feet round picnic table with yours with unattached benches...
