[This is a response to an email about taking care of your Forever Redwood furniture.]

Dear Raul,

Thank you for this friendly and informative email.  We were just admiring our picnic table and benches and wondering if we were taking proper care of them.  After four years I think we are close to the totally silver finish which looks very good with our deck and aged cedar shakes.  It’s good to know that we can take the table back to its original color if we want to. You and your company are one in a million!  Enjoy your children and your success.

I just arrived at the cabin and the table and benches are perfect! Thank You — thank you so much for such a wonderful product. Gil was awesome with the delivery and set-up, so I will call him also. (He called my cell on Tuesday, as I thought I was coming up that day, just wanting to hear my thoughts)! I’ll take photos to email other family members … but we will all be using it all summer long and be very grateful to you and your staff!

Just wanted to say thanks for the benches. They are beautiful and very well-made, and will be a lovely addition to the garden—especially now, since the plants are still teeny, they’ll give us something nice to look at until we have flowers…

Thank you for taking the time to write. I am very glad it worked out as planned. With the short dry winter this year in N. California, the flowers should come up early.

I have final completed all phases of the memorial benches for my friend that was killed in action in Iraq.  I would again like to thank you for your kindness and generosity, without it this memorial would not have been possible.

I have received many compliments on benches from the unique design, to the quality craftsmanship.  The benches have been in place for nearly two years and have weather quite nicely.  My greatest delay lay with finding the “right” words for the plaques, but I’m happy to say that after many hours of searching and much deliberation on my part they are complete.

Yes, the table and benches are VERY elegant. The wood is incredible! Really dense and fine-grained and a beautiful color. I haven’t forgotten your request for pictures of them with snow. We might still get snow in our warming climate….

Dear Raul,

I apologize for the delay. Apparently the
benches arrived late Friday afternoon which is unusual, but understandable because of our Moonshine Festival up the street….

While I was scurrying around, little did I know that Ed accepted the box, took a look inside and loved what he saw, that he set them up on the back patio.

Sunday morning I was thinking the benches should have come, so I walked outside—lo and behold there were the benches—fit perfectly around the table. This is the most beautiful work I have ever seen! Tony should get an award. I am planning to have the neighbors over once things settle down, and will forge ahead on the letters I will be sending. 

Again, from the bottom of our hearts, your furniture is even better than our first love— Hunt’s Furniture of Wingdale, New York. You are more artistic— definitely.

If you recall, my family had purchased the vignette as a memorial bench for a family that my dad, my sister and I all work for. The 94 year old founder of our company and his wife both died this year within 2 months of each other. They own a cabin in Minnesota that we go and open and close for them every year and it is a very special place to all of us. The family was deeply moved when they arrived at the cabin to find the bench and memorial plaque. We have heard from all of them that the bench was the perfect memorial, is absolutely beautiful and was a symbolic reminder of their parents & grandparents sitting and watching the sunset together at the lake. Thank you so much for all of your help. The quality and craftsmanship of the bench was far superior to anything else we looked at and we are sure our friends will enjoy it for many years to come.
