Thank you for this friendly and informative email.  We were just admiring our picnic table and benches and wondering if we were taking proper care of them.  After four years I think we are close to the totally silver finish which looks very good with our deck and aged cedar shakes.  It’s good to know that we can take the table back to its original color if we want to. You and your company are one in a million!  Enjoy your children and your success.

(He called my cell on Tuesday, as I thought I was coming up that day, just wanting to hear my thoughts)! The crate arrived today. No apparent damage - all looks fine. I only got the lounge chairs out so far, but the workmanship is obvious. I will be happy to recommend you to my soon-to-be envious neighbors.

Great news. When I saw your email this evening, my first response was to worry that the shippers didn’t make it before the weekend as they promised. Glad you got them in time for the weekend and that you are pleased with the quality. I’ll let the boys in the shop know you liked the loungers. Hope the weather is better than last weekend so you can enjoy the set.

I don’t know if I mentioned it, but the Sunbrella fabric is machine washable. So, if they get dirty just unzip the covers, pull the foam out, and throw them in the wash.

Thank you for your email. The design of your folding round picnic table has gone through three incarnations. We are also very happy with the balance between strength, beauty and portability of what we believe is now the finished version. The finish will fade after a couple of years. If you don’t like the faded surface color a couple years from now, send us an email and we’ll let you know a simple way to refinish it so it will look like new again.

Raul—we jumped the gun this year and put up our while there was still snow on the ground—on June 8th! It went together perfectly. Thanks again for a real “work of art”.

WOW!!!!! I think I like it!! My picnic table is AWESOME!!!!!!! PERFECT… BEAUTIFUL….SOFT-TO-THE-TOUCH………… I know it’s a “table”, it’s “wood”, …it’s Redwood, ….I can’t seem to think of anything more than MY picnic table is, again, AWESOME! THANK YOU!!!

Dear Raul,

We received the 6′ picnic table on Friday and built it over the weekend.  It is absolutely beautiful!!  It truly exceeds our expectations and looks totally amazing in our yard.  Thank you so much!!!  Also it was surprisingly easy to assemble.  I’ll forward you a picture when I have a chance to upload them!

Hi, Raul~ Gil and his crew just left my home, leaving me with a gorgeous (and wonderful smelling!) new picnic table built by your craftsman. I’m very pleased, Raul, not only with the table, which I absolutely love, but with your courteous and conscientious service as well. We love the table and benches… you can serve up FISH STICKS on that table, and it still feels like an event! It’s got an incredible solidity and presence that I’ve never felt from a “picnic table” before. Again, thank you, and KUDOS on your incredible product. I’ve never really been in love with a picnic table before!!
