We designed the Playhouse Beds for a horde of small children to occasionally invade it at the same moment. For this reason, it is way overbuilt with a 650 lbs weight capacity.

Total height is 6'-3 1/4"H to the top of the roof and 4'-1"H to the top of the upper mattress framing (see drawings below)
