Shipping is free in the Continental U.S. Orders ship within 4 weeks of design approval. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and most countries is available; ask for a quote.

Every product is guaranteed against decay. Warranty length depends on the wood grade: Douglas-fir 10 years, Redwood and Mosaic Redwood 15 years, Mature Redwood 20 years and Old-Growth Redwood up to 30 years.

Every order goes through design drawings prepared by our in-house architect at no additional cost. Production starts only after you approve the drawings.

Orders are custom made, so returns are not accepted. A charge applies if an order is cancelled after design work has started, and orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

Prices depend on size, wood grade and options. Each product page shows its starting price and a configurator that calculates the price for your choices.
