We went all out and built Raul's sauna to fit up to 10 adults. It has L-shaped benches with two heights so you can choose an easeful heat down low or go full steam literally up above. The unit ships complete with your 220 V electric heater and lava rocks, a 2 gallon bucket with a ladle and a thermometer so you can monitor the heat level. It has vents to control air flow. It has internal and external flooring, ceiling/roof and walls so you can add a vapor barrier and insulation to keep the heat in. All interior walls, benches, ceiling and floors are Redwood finely sanded. All internal hardware is stainless steel. We built several to get it just right, but if you want to customize, let us know!
