We will be ‘forever’ grateful to Forever Redwood for the extraordinary job they did with building a custom roof for our Jacuzzi building. The entire staff, from the owner, designers, floor foreman and shipping supervisor, kept lines of communication open with us at all stages of the build and delivery. We had a very unique request because we only needed Forever Redwood to build a roof with a sky light to retrofit on top of an existing building. Forever Redwood accepted the challenge with enthusiasm and built the highest quality product that we could have expected. They even used 2 X 6’s instead of 2 X 4’s and made the roof shingles flat so we could stand on the roof and shingle it in order to withstand the seasons in Michigan. The under belly of the roof inside the building is breath-taking! The craftsmanship is outstanding. Forever Redwood delivered the product already pre-stained and in easy-to-install sections that were labeled for easy installation. In fact, despite each section being somewhat heavy, my spouse and I were both able to install the roof completely by ourselves. We were surprised to see the shipping came in record time all the way from California. Not a single piece was damaged due to the care of the shipping prep process. We are so proud of the Jacuzzi building in our yard now and will enjoy this superb product that Forever Redwood custom made for us for many years to come. Thank you Forever Redwood.

We have received many compliments from our neighbors. We may be back in touch over the summer to request for some furniture to fill our yard with more beautiful redwood. Alejandro, Your guys pit in a full day, and the pergola looks GREAT! !! The two workers you sent were great, I had some concerns on 1 post, and they corrected it with out even asking any questions. I caught them just as they were packing up, and they went back to the truck to get their tools to fix what I saw. Your company's product is fantastic, and the service has been outstanding. You sold me a fantastic pergola a couple years ago for my home – is really great.

We finally got our pergola up. It only took two days. It went together very well. The shipping crate was a little worse for wear by the time it got here but everything was there and in good shape. We are pleased with the product.

They delivered everything they promised from design services to delivery of a well built pergola that was custom designed. The redwood was beautiful and assembly was very straight forward.

Forever Redwood was a great company to work with. The products were as promised and delivered on time. Pretty hard to build over 100 tables in a short time, but they did it!

Hi Paty, My contractor has completed the installation of the Pergola into my home's entry area (see the first picture). We have received several favorable comments about the Pergola and inquires as to where we bought it. The installation went pretty smoothly even though the tight space and the slope of the concrete pad (necessary for drainage) posed some challenges. There is some minor damage to one of the footing covers (see the second image) which we believe was caused by the carton containing the footing covers being dropped - the corner of the carton looked like it had suffered an impact. We have the piece which was broken off and will glue it in if you are unable to supply us with a replacement part. Regards

Hi Raul, Tania, Tony, Alejandro & everyone who helped. We love our gorgeous pavilion & glider. Cesar & Adan were great. They worked so hard & long in the heat Saturday & early Sunday to complete the assembly in time for our granddaught Leah's 3rd birthday party. The glider was done 1 hour before our start time of 11am. Kids & adults love the glider! They all commented on the wonderful quality of the pavilion, the beauty of the wood. I wanted to share some pictures on how I was able to reuse your shipping pallets to make a nice side cart. My friend Fritz Lehman ordered furniture from you. When the furniture arrived he was very intrigued with how different the shipping pallets were. He asked if I had any desire to take the pallets. I jumped at the opportunity to do so but at that time I wasn’t exactly sure what I was going to make. I decided to make a side cart. All the wood for the side cart came from your pallets, except the dowel handle. J Thanks for allowing me to make some good use of your pallets. Oh Fritz ordered some more furniture. Hi Forever Redwood, We've loved our table and chairs that we've had for almost ten years! They're pretty much the same as the day we got them, we use them inside and have received many compliments on how beautiful they are, we needed folding furniture for our smaller flat in Chicago but still wanted to put together a nice dining room for guests when appropriate this stuff has worked great! Good Morning Raul, Attached are pictures of my pavilion with some of the furniture moved in. It has a ways to go yet, but again I want to thank you and your staff for providing me with the structure of my dreams. The detail is fabulous on the wood. I have to admit I was a little nervous charging a large sum of money up front and yet no product installed. My neighbors are all talking about it and can't wait for me to have a party. They are all in "wow" mode when they see it. My concrete contractor was very impressed. If you can tell me how to post on your site, or you can do for me with some of my comments, I would love that. As I update the back yard, I'll send you more I hope to give it the rustic outdoor/african look. My experience with Forever Redwood was top notch and I hold your organization in high regard. Raul and others at Forever Redwood, I am so pleased with Forever Redwood's repair visit to my home in Colorado. What customer service! Thank you. The two-man crew, Hugo and Enrique, were punctual, competent, efficient, and well prepared to replace the two boards in top of my old-growth redwood picnic table. Customer service did an outstanding job getting the correct replacement boards shipped to me in advance. It was wise to send 4 boards instead of 2 just in case more than 2 needed to be replaced. But it turned out that the cracking caused by the powerful Colorado sun in the beginning of the summer stabilized pretty quickly and nothing past the original cracking occurred. Hugo and Enrique were so careful working on my new concrete patio. There is no sign of their activity. They even moved the table to the grass to stain it, to avoid any chance of a drip onto the concrete. When they were finished their clean-up was impeccable. I did not know if it was appropriate to tip them, so I didn't. But I certainly want to recognize their excellent service. When their work was done and we had a few minutes to chat I asked about their other stops and I enjoyed seeing the photos of the Forever Redwood structures they had assembled on this trip. Impressive. My landscaping remodel is so nicely completed by the Forever Redwood picnic table and garden bench. And I can enjoy them and relax in knowing that if there are any problems in the future you are good to your word when it comes to your guarantees.
