The Stairway Bunk Beds are overbuilt to take plenty of abuse either from kids or from excess weight. The upper bunks are rated to 500 lbs per the standard design.
If you need the beds to have an even greater weight capacity, please contact us and we can make further structural re-inforcements as needed that will not add too much to the cost.
