All tables with Chair seating will come with Ruth Chairs (end chairs with arms and side chairs armless) unless an alternative chair style is selected in Advanced Options. The Forever Picnic Bench (with flared legs) is the default style of bench used. If you’d like a different style, please see Advance Options.
Benches for tables longer than 8 ft are automatically configured with 4 side benches. (For example, a 10 ft table has two 5 ft benches per side). We don't normally offer 10 ft long or longer separate benches because they tend to be impressive looking but not very practical. However, if you'd like one long bench per sides for your 10 to 14 ft long table, just let us know. Benches over 8 ft have an additional support in the center.

DIMENSIONS & DRAWINGS
Tabletops available in any size up to 15 ft long and 60" wide. Tables are regularly 30 7/8" H but this height can be adjusted if you require. Table aprons are 3 1/4" H and are recessed under the tabletop edges by 3". Tabletop boards are 1 7/8" thick and leg timbers are 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" thick for proper support. Tabletop widths available from 30" to 60" Wide.

Note: Although spacing between the legs is narrow on the ends (W2), an end chair works fine for widths 40" and wider. The reason is the apron is 3" recessed under the tabletop and all our armrests slide under the apron to at least touch the leg if necessary. The leg is 4 3/4" in from the tabletop edge and this is more than enough space to comfortably sit and eat or drink.

CHAIR STYLES
For all with table sets with chairs, in Advanced Options you'll be able to choose between three different chair styles: Luna, Ruth or Massive and whether you want them with or without arms. The photo below shows L-R: Luna Armchair (Old-Growth Redwood), Ruth Armchair (Redwood), and Massive Armchair (Redwood). Our default chair style is the Ruth chair for our Rectangular tables.

For additional flexibility, table sets over 5ft long can have side benches either full length or as two half length benches. For example, a 6 ft table is available either with two 6ft side benches or four 3ft side benches (same price).

Simple, Easy AssemblyFurniture assembly should take half a day or less. Sets ship in less than 15 parts. Tabletop and benchtops always ship assembled. Just add the legs and supports and enjoy.As with all our products, we preassemble our furniture items in our shop to ensure everything fits together. All hardware is included and all parts are clearly labeled before it is shipped. We also include detailed step-by-step instructions.

Special talent is not required to re-assemble any of our furniture items or outdoor structures. If you would like help, just let us know. Our installation team is available in the continental US (excludes HI & AK)
Care: You should expect your furniture to last outside for a minimum of 10-40 years without maintenance, even in climates with harsh year-round conditions. Because of our high quality wood, the silver patina that will naturally occur is surface deep (less than 1/64") and is not indicative of decay.
