Hi Raul, The order arrived on time and the side tables are really terrific. The quality of the workmanship was great. We were a bit surprised that the order came in a very heavy wooden container that was left outside our garage, but we were able to drag it in and disassemble the crating. So, all's good.

Hello Raul, Sergio, and Sofia – Happy New Year! I wanted to share these photos with the team at Forever Redwood. The result is absolutely beautiful, and we've received many compliments on the pergola design and quality. As it happens, we are also interested in a smaller pergola mirroring this one, on the front side of the house. Only one height, two posts, and approximately 12' x 10'. Let me know what the next steps would be, I can provide preliminary drawings as we did for the larger one. Thank You!

Raul, We were able to get back to Colorado for a final trip. Fortunately, a light winter allowed the mason and roofers to complete their work. It still needs a cap on the fireplace but that will need to wait until spring. Otherwise, it turned out great. I know my mother is pleased! Thanks again for helping us fulfill her desire and create this lasting monument to her memory. Regards.

Although there were multiple delays that could not have been avoided due to COVID, Raul and his team managed to always be there to respond in a timely manner with a resolution or update. There were minor damages and delays with materials, but Raul’s team went above and beyond to send their best installer Adan to our site, with no hesitation, to complete the work. The structure was very simple to assemble, as all of the structure was pre assembled. Everything lined up beautifully with the post base hardware they provided prior to the structure being delivered. We poured the footings per their engineered drawings and the structure matched up flawlessly. The end product is simply amazing and the appearance speaks for itself. We would like to say a special thank you to Raul, Alejandro, Frank, Claudia, Francisco, and Adan for bringing this one to the finish line. There will be many more gorgeous structures built by this tightly driven team. Our picnic table arrived packed in boxes that were as beautiful as the product itself. It did take some skill to assemble, but only because it was so heavy, since we ordered a very large table.
