Raul, It has been a pleasure working with you and the pergola is awesome! ! I have attached pictures of the assembled pergola and of some of the damages that were incurred during delivery / transport. Upon delivery of the pergola, the crate was busted and there were some scratches. We were able to hide these, but wanted to inform you on how transport was handled. One of the square bases was busted during transport and will need to be replaced. Also, the slat that goes across the top wasn’t notched for the ceiling fan box and one of our employees made an incorrect cut, so we will need to order one of those. Bruce was wanting me to check with you and see if you all ever done wooden conduit and if so we would be interested in getting some. This customer is having a party on 10/28, so would it be possible to receive the items by then? Thanks.

Raul, Im so sorry that these fires are occurring at all much less close to your business and your suppliers. My heart and prayers are with you new customers. I want them to share your beautiful products like i am able to enjoy everyday. By the way, my pergola never even budged with cat 3 winds from Irma (pics below taken before and during hurricane).

Raul, I'm sending this to you all to let you know that the pavilion installed about a year ago made it through the storm with flying colors. We live downtown Corpus Christi and received about 100mph winds here. Thank you for your product. It has served us well.

Raul Your guys had some problems, but were terrific once they made it up the hill. I expected nice tables, but the quality is beyond what I had expected. You make a beautiful product and I sincerely wish you years of success.

Everything arrived and we were able to put it together easily. It is a beautiful table that fits nicely on our small deck. We wanted a high end piece to make our small space and this fits the bill. HI, Thanks for the reminder - I intended to send my feedback sooner, but here we are! Overall, my experience was fantastic - from the design process; to customizing my order; to the photo and update during the construction process. It all fell apart once shipping was supposed to take place. Not only was shipping delayed, but the communication disappeared. It became very stressful as my deadline was fast approaching, and there was no follow through. When my planters finally did arrive, it was a positive experience once again. The driver was on time, he was fast (putting them together), friendly, and the planters look great! So all-in-all, positive, with only the shipping as a problem. I have referred you, and I will likely buy at least one more planter. Love the concept and execution. Fix shipping! !! Thanks,

Dear Forever Redwood, Our parties that we have at our home in Lafayette Indiana are always a HUGE success! !! We have a large beautiful Forever Redwood Picnic table on our upper deck and a striking Forever Redwood Baja table at pool side. .. also our Napa planters adorn both the top and bottom levels providing a beautiful setting to our back yard! It's 8 years old now and looks like NEW! Our grandchildren will be kneeling at the table, and so the need for cushions. Not to mention our getting-older skinny bums as well! Hello! My husband and I received your gorgeous Lighthouse Garden Bench this Friday, and we are absolutely thrilled with it! It is GORGEOUS and far exceeds our expectations! We have a rather unusual use for it, and that is to display some of my husband's bonsai collection in our yard. Bonsai need daily watering, though, and now that the bench is here, we realize we are worried about damaging it with the water that drains out of the pots. Do you suggest we put a coat of sealant or any kind of protective material on the bench? We chose the "mature growth" redwood. We want to preserve it in all its natural beauty. Dear Raul and Paty I was take aback after I discovered that my first in person conversation was with Sr. Grande Raul, the father of the whole concept embodied in the living dream that is Forever Redwoods! You acted like a normal member of the company, even a sales rep but with great personality and we joked some about current politics! Now I know so much more because I read your history. The earth is blessed by what motivates you and that you turn into reality. Then there's Paty, Madame Engineer and new mom who puts up with an old man who can't even spell her name right (so many, many letters all organized differently - oh no - hmm I guess there are only four letters and now I have it right. Again, as with Raul, I found you very warm and supportive while being very professional. I very much appreciated that. We are all very excited about the space that will have the Pergola as the main visual organizing presence. We are planting seven trees on May 10th and then waiting till next spring, letting the "lasagna method of lawn to soil conversion "cook. " Then we will finish sculpturing the topology of the left side of the small yard as the forest side and the other side of an irregular blue stone path be the "meadow" side. I'll send photos in the spring. Thanks as this whole experience has been exciting and enlivening for me and all we do here will follow "organic" principles. I love redwood! Thanks.
