Just wanted to circle back with all of you and express our appreciation for the parts you and others played in making our new pergola. It looks fantastic! We still need to do some decorating to get ready for 2021s Customer Photo Contest, but we thought you might appreciate seeing pictures of the pergola installed. Our order did arrive late but wenwere refunded out expedited cost. The table is BEAUTIFUL! It is very cold here so we have not assembled it quite yet. But look forward to doing so!

Order arrived as designated. All pieces were in order and the table was easy to assemble. We love our table and have received many compliments from our neighbors. Communication was great from start to finish. Looking forward to many years of family enjoyment on our table.

The table and chairs look great and feel solid. We ordered in July 2020. Although we were disappointed that the table did not get delivered in time for Thanksgiving, we were compensated with free assembly. The guys who delivered and assembled were great and they put it together very quickly during an unexpected snow. Thank you for the updates and photos while we waited for the table to be built. We are very happy with the way turned out.

Fantastic product and Great service.

Quality and appearance of product was great. It was a little odd that I ordered 2 identical items that came not exactly identical though. Looking at them you would never know but when I built them I noticed that one planter box had more pre-drilled pilot holes than the other. This would have been no big deal except that I wasn’t sent enough screws to fill all the holes. My local hardware store didn’t have the exact screws I needed so I e-mailed you and asked that you send me a couple more #8 X 3” stainless steel square drive screws. Frustratingly after waiting 10 days I received what you sent me and they were the wrong screws (not stainless steel). I didn’t want to have 3 screws in the planter box that were different than the rest so I ended up buying the right ones on Amazon. I would use your company again because of the unmatched quality and appearance of your products but common guys. Work on the little details of customer experience. .. they matter. The screw situation took the excitement out of the building process for me and took away the immediate satisfaction of seeing the finished product for me. I will say everything else about my experience with your company was great. Down to the friendly driver that delivered the items to me. Also I will say that I love the final product look too.

Very happy with the bench. The instructions mentioned two 4” bolts in addition to the mostly 3. 5” bolts but those were missing. Because they were necessary, I bought some myself rather than contact ForeverRedwood. Still, this was a 4. 5/5 star experience.

Assembly instructions were weak. (Non existent really). But my team got both of them up and they look good.

My family loves our swing set! It’s beautiful and sturdy. Your delivery guys were kind and helpful. Took a little longer than expected, but the craftsmanship was well worth the wait.

Yes, the monkey bars arrived on time and were well-packed. The screws were a bit difficult to drive in. The instructions were clear. We are very satisfied with the quality and beauty of the item, and the kids (and us) use the monkey bars everyday!

The order was quite delayed as you know. Some hardware was missing and was sent later. I had no difficulty at all with the installation and completed it in two days with one helper. December was not the most pleasant time for outdoor work in Michigan but we were lucky not to have much snow. We are delighted with the end result and with spring now in the air are looking forward to enjoying the pergola. We understand the difficulties given the challenging circumstances and know you made great efforts to get the delivery to us when you did. I have a little touching up to do and dowels to install to cover up some exposed bolts and lighting to go up in the next couple weeks. Then I will send some finished photos. Many thanks!

Our friend, a handyman, put the glider together without a problem. I wonder if there were missing large caps to cover the bigger screws (? ) The smaller crews had cap covers but the big ones do not. Also, the lacquer stain had spilt in the box and was only half full when the package was opened. Will you send us more? Overall, we are very satisfied with the workmanship! It's beautiful! ! The ordering process was quite confusing. I started my order on the Forever Redwood website which offered basic sizes and options for the pergola I wanted. After placing an order I received notices about communicating with an architect. I then had to go back and forth several times to come up with the exact measurements. I discovered then that the original size options referred to the limits of the permiter of the roof and NOT the posts. The cost changed significantly due to the change in the size. Once the specs were approved, the shipment - in part due to the impact of Covid - was delayed by a month. When the delivery date was finally scheduled I was told I might need to provide a helper, and a hand-truck, for the driver to unload and move the boxes. Ultimately when the driver called to confirm the delivery time he said he would not need the help. He and his assistant arrived and both were very professional and friendly. They made every effort to organize and cover the boxes in a good location. The lead driver then explained that each box was numbered and should be opened in sequence. There were approx 32 boxes. My carpenter and his assistant worked together to build the pergola. They had to build rebar cages for the posts which wasn't anything I expected. It increased my cost. There were some screws missing, and, I was told, the roofing pieces were not all cut evenly. Again, their extra work increased my cost. Overall the communication with Forever Redwood was a challenge, but was always friendly. The pergola is beautiful. It's far more substantial than I expected when I first started my order online months ago. I'm not sure I would have ordered it if I had known how complex the process and build would be, but I'm happy to have it now.

We received our Eli's Potting Bench in the time frame we expected. We waited until the weather was a little warmer before we assembled it. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly was easy. The only thing that was not present was the 4 2inch deck screws that were needed to secure the fold down side. The finished potting bench is just beautiful and we love it! !

Our boxes arrived as planned, everything was there nothing missing and in perfect condition. It was a giant jigsaw puzzle but the numbers on everything made it pretty intuitive to assemble. There was one part we needed to hammer (rubber mallet) for awhile during assembly of the braces but got through that. Would have been easier to set those braces in place earlier in the instructions. The roof required using some long furniture braces and muscle a few times since there were slight warps on some of the roof boards and we needed it flush to maintain the squareness. I'd say assembly is not for a novice, but we build a lot of stuff so no issues. The result is perfect, it's an absolutely beautiful structure and it turned out exactly as we had envisioned, and I'm glad we went for the premium quality of the FR structure, it was worth it.

I love my beautiful table but it took forever to get here. It was supposed to come in August but finally came in November. There were two holes for screws that were missing that my son had to drill himself. One of the screws was damaged so extra screws would have been helpful. The assembly was straight forward. I would have appreciated more updates during the long wait. The table and chairs are well made and very sturdy.
