Customer Stories

Hello! As you can see, the table and chairs are perfect for our deck. We love that the striations in color match the deck so perfectly! We couldn’t be happier! The shipping worked out perfectly, it was easy to put together and customer service was as usual-perfect. We look forward to doing business with you in the near future! Thank you for everything,

Raul, we want to thank you for your outstanding work! Once we get our landscaping done we will notify you for more photos. We are very pleased that in only 5 days it is up and done without having to wait for months and without the mess during conventional construction. By the way, when we were going through the photos we took for this project there were 2 that made us laugh, so we would like to share them with you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hi Raul I am very pleased with the result of the pavilion. It looks great! It was a pleasure to work with you and your team Thanks!

Raul, Thanks for these photos! Roy told me about your helpful explanations about trimming away the round concrete to allow for the flagstone. It all looks good and we are relieved to know the flagstone will fit right up to the brackets. Good work and we appreciate it! Sincerely.

Hi Sergio and the rest of the Forever Redwood team, I wanted to share some photos of the trellis, fence and gate fully installed in our garden in St Michaels, MD. We love it! It is so elegant, and just what I had pictured in my mind’s eye when we started. It needed a second coat of white stain after it was installed, and we painted the hardware white as well, so now it is a gleaming and beckoning entrance into our cottage garden. There are four Will Goodwin clematis and 2 Zepherine Drouhin roses making a home on the arbor. Thank you so much for your patient and expert work to bring this vision into existence! !! You nailed it. With gratitude,

Raul, I can’t thank you and all your associates enough! We absolutely LOVE our pergola. Everything worked out so well, the design, specifications, delivery and subsequent install. My daughter’s shower is this Saturday and your timely commitment to production was instrumental in our plans. We are so grateful. We will be sure to use Forever Redwood for all our future needs and recommend your company to all our friends. Thank you again!

Hi Raul, The pergola went up without a hitch. I took a little bit of extra time measuring the footers and building the spacers for the posts, but it was well worth it. The structure is the most level and square thing on the property! We absolutely love it. Alright maybe one last question for you, do you have any strong opinions about training wisteria onto the pergola? I don’t want to take away from its beauty, but maybe a well pruned vine over the top could add nice color and shade? Thanks again-big thumbs up on the entire process Raul.

Raul, It took a lot longer than we expected but we just finished the backyard stone work on the Gazebo and Pergola. We’ll be entering photo contest on the next opportunity but thought I would provide you a few quick photos. Thanks for everything we love your products and the team you sent to assemble them!

Raul and everyone at Forever Redwood, This morning the installers put the finishing touches on our pergola. I have attached a few pictures but they don't really do it justice. The pergola is not only beautiful, but transforms this part of our house. We know this was a very small, and uncomplicated project from your perspective, and I wish we had the backyard for something more elaborate. But we are very pleased nonetheless. You treated us the same as if we were buying something for $25, 000 or more; the look and workmanship is all we were hoping for. It was a great pleasure dealing with you and I won't hesitate to recommend Forever Redwood to anyone who admires our pergola. We just need the dining set to arrive so we can begin entertaining. Cordially,

Hi Raul, We are thrilled with our new, beautiful Forever Redwood planters here at Cornell Botanic Gardens! Thanks again for your guidance and help with this order. I attached a couple of photos of their new home. We’re just about to plant, but have been back and forth about how we should approach the soil and annual care of them. Would you or someone on your team have a few minutes today or tomorrow to talk by phone? I’d like to run our scenarios by you to get your insight on what will be the best approach for the longevity of the planters. Thank you,

Hello! , I'd like to take a moment and say a big thank you for my new shade structure. The pergola now is assembled and took a perfect place in our outdoor space. The quality of the material and engineering is just a way above of my expectation. Thanks again for your beautiful product!

Hi Team, I didn't assemble the swing in harsh Michigan winter and waited for spring. I assembled the garden swing today. It looks fabulous. Here is a picture. Thank you for great swing and all the hardware, instructions etc.

Hi Raul, The metal roof is on, and the patio cover is finished. Everyone who sees it LOVES it. I am delighted with its beauty and function. Milan felt that due to the weight and size, the posts should have lateral bracing, and he was able to retain the contemporary simplicity of the original Silverado design. This beautiful structure adds to the look of the house. I’m delighted with it. Thank you for a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will remember you and your team fondly every time I serve summer dinners to my guests under this beautiful patio cover. I’ll send you more photos when the landscaping is in and blooming :)

Hello Raul, Sergio, and Sofia – Happy New Year! I wanted to share these photos with the team at Forever Redwood. The result is absolutely beautiful, and we've received many compliments on the pergola design and quality. As it happens, we are also interested in a smaller pergola mirroring this one, on the front side of the house. Only one height, two posts, and approximately 12' x 10'. Let me know what the next steps would be, I can provide preliminary drawings as we did for the larger one. Thank You!

Raul, We were able to get back to Colorado for a final trip. Fortunately, a light winter allowed the mason and roofers to complete their work. It still needs a cap on the fireplace but that will need to wait until spring. Otherwise, it turned out great. I know my mother is pleased! Thanks again for helping us fulfill her desire and create this lasting monument to her memory. Regards.

Hello, I am with Kehoe Designs and your company did an excellent job with the installation of this interior pergola and we would like to submit them to the photo contest. A little more to do, but it’s looking great. We really appreciate your/Forever Redwood participating in this show. What a positive difference. Thanks Michael S. - Chicago, IL. I purchased a bench from you a couple of years ago as a memorial for my brother. I recently heard that the park where the bench was placed has received enough comments on the bench that they plan to purchase another. Thought you should know that your good work is appreciated. Thanks. Jim E. - Eugene, OR. Just wanted to let you know my contractor and I FINALLY got my pavilion installed! It is more beautiful than we expected. Even he was impressed, and he works around buildings everyday. He complimented the design and structure integrity of the pavilion. I can’t thank your team enough for our Loreto. (My neighbors all hate me for making their yards look less impressive! ) I am attaching a pic, even though it is not quite done, yet. (Shingles and electricity come this week) Patrick I. - Joplin, MO. Everything went really well with our order. Thanks We are still working on the map that will go up in the kiosk. Photos attached. Shaun C. - Grass Valley, CA. The arbor could not be lovelier. Many thanks to you and your amazing team for creating this work of art. We are using it literally as a grape arbor. Our old grape arbor was crushed by a falling tree. The grapevine survived and is now draped over the new arbor (as shown in the picture). Bruce J. E. - Salt Lake City, UT. We all love the new picnic table, one that all creatures can enjoy! Looking forward to many picnics to come! Albert C. - Carpinteria, CA. Finally all done, lights, pond, and all. We are thrilled. Many thanks. Kirk L. - Petoskey, MI. Arrived on time. No missing parts. Assembler was polite & entertaining at the same time - great! Best looking picnic table I have ever seen! Thus far, interactions are perfect. Colleen A. - Carpinteria, CA The redwood picnic table and the redwood glider we ordered are absolutely beautiful. The best redwood outdoor furniture we've ever seen. We get so many compliments on it. Richard M. - Sacramento, CA My chest of drawers arrived in good condition and I love it! I stroke it every time I go by. It is truly elegant. You do exceptional work. Joe M. - Clemson, SC Everything was great. We love the table and the great customer service along the way. Thank you for all the work you are doing in the world to resource our forests. Susan T. - Vashon, WA Our overall experience was great. The product looks great. The recycled wood approach gives it a unique look. The pergola went up easily. Thanks! John M. - WISC RAPIDS, WI Houston, we have a typo Swings have become very popular and residents are now asking the Board of Directors for more. Thanks for working with us. Joe. Product arrived and was unloaded at the park by the driver. He was very easy to deal with. Instructions and Assembly went perfectly. Good documentation and easy to assemble. Done in just a few hours by four senior citizens all over 70 years old. Swings have become very popular and residents are now asking the Board of Directors for more. Thanks for working with us. Thomas C. - Cary, NC This project was under production in one of the most difficult years in business for most companies. Although there were multiple delays that could not have been avoided due to COVID, Raul and his team managed to always be there to respond in a timely manner with a resolution or update. There were minor damages and delays with materials, but Raul’s team went above and beyond to send their best installer Adan to our site, with no hesitation, to complete the work. The structure was very simple to assemble, as all of the structure was pre assembled. Everything lined up beautifully with the post base hardware they provided prior to the structure being delivered. We poured the footings per their engineered drawings and the structure matched up flawlessly. The end product is simply amazing and the appearance speaks for itself. We would like to say a special thank you to Raul, Alejandro, Frank, Claudia, Francisco, and Adan for bringing this one to the finish line. There will be many more gorgeous structures built by this tightly driven team. Justin M. - Los Gatos, CA Excellent, courteous communication (really, beyond 5 star service) throughout the ordering process. It was a white glove treatment. Our picnic table arrived packed in boxes that were as beautiful as the product itself. It did take some skill to assemble, but only because it was so heavy, since we ordered a very large table. We could not be more impressed with this company! Both product and service were impeccable. Tina G. - Roswell, GA I ordered a standard sized redwood table with a custom sized bench. They arrived ahead of schedule, in perfect shape, and were easy to assemble. . The table is beautiful. We eat on it nearly everyday out on the porch. The bench is exactly what I wanted (able to fit between the table legs). Everyone from Raul (CEO) to the shipping staff that emailed before our table was sent to us in Florida, was pleasant and well informed. Great table from a great eco-oriented company. We will recommend Forever Redwood to our friends and plan to be customers again. Thanks Raul and everyone for a great table! John E. - Key Largo, FL Everything was great except missing screws for fold down tables. I called and they sent them out. Very easy to assemble and it looks beautiful! !! Robin B. - Santa Ynez, CA The book arrived and its has great stuff. Dan N. - Billings, MT Great looking product and customer service
