Thank you for sharing. Here are a few shots-we really love the structure you built for us! Thanks again for sharing the video.
We completed our amenities area with many courts, parking spaces and a storage shed. The crown jewel is a 35 x 45 pavilion with lighting, fans and full electrical service. After more than three years we had our community grand opening and everyone loved it. Thank you for your magnificent pavilion!
Email exchange about submitting photos for the 2024 photography contest. Raul said my shots were fantastic and that our pavilion is the statement piece of my backyard. I look forward to the contest results and appreciate the great products that distinguish my backyard.
My neighbor used his tractor to unload the truck for your crew, and they appreciated it. I have great neighbors and you’re in my thoughts. The boys arrived exactly when they said they would. Your crew is polite and likable-an asset to your business. It’s a pleasure to have them here and to know them. The world needs more folks like these guys. Thank you kindly for everything.
We completed the build of our beautiful front porch cover. There were challenges requiring adjustments due to our roof rafters but the structure is beautiful and ready to go. We missed the double‑sided sticky tape in our kit and had to buy some, but overall we are thrilled with the outcome and appreciate the detail in your work.
I purchased a 12' by 20' Douglas Fir Del Norte pavilion for the back patio of my two‑story home. The quality of the wood and precision of cutting and assembly were excellent. The pavilion was preassembled then disassembled and sealed before shipment. Packaging was superb and there was no damage in shipment. The design department worked closely with me for permit approval, and the pavilion easily passed Pasadena inspections. Staff communicated clearly, kept their commitments, and I am very pleased with the final product.
I want to express my gratitude to your company and what a pleasure it was dealing with everyone from design to the two men who delivered the pavilion. I uploaded photos and hope our area meets your portfolio requirements. Again thanks.
We promised a selection of photos once the swing was in place. Our lives after more than forty years of marriage are as these photos depict: a look towards the horizon amidst lush vegetation. Your swing made our dreams come true. Please convey our sincerest gratitude to the team. The swing is now miles away in a different forest in Marugan, Segovia, Spain, but with its heart where it was born. Gracias.
Just wanted to drop a note and tell everyone thank you. Your whole team was excellent to work with. We placed a time‑lapse video camera on the project and will send it in a couple weeks. Our construction crew started assembling the pavilion on Monday and finished in four days. They were complimentary of your work and the directions to reassemble; they really liked this project. Here are a couple pictures.
Greetings from Virginia! Forever Redwood was mentioned in an article about our garden lab at Frederick Douglass Elementary School where the beautiful pergola you made still stands in magnificent condition as the centerpiece. I attached updated pictures. We think of Forever Redwood and its amazing staff often and are grateful for your partnership in this program. I hope all is well your way. With deep gratitude.
Sorry for taking some time to send this. The table your group produced is simply beautiful and fits in perfectly. Everyone admires its look, feel and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, shortly after we got the table we all came down with Covid and it took a couple weeks to recover. Hats off to your team-we really appreciated your effort to get this delivered. It’s not common to find this level of service. Best to you.
I love my new picnic table. Thank you so much!
This is the 7‑foot custom table you made for us several years ago. It survived a major forest fire in September 2020 with only minor burn marks. We just refinished it with the Sikken product. The big swing also survived. We think of you often and hope your redwood conservation project is doing well.
Dear Raul and team, it was an absolute pleasure working with Juan Carlos and Daniel. They were super nice and efficient; they completed the work in less time than projected, kept the work-site clean and organized, kept me informed of their progress and needs and accommodated the club’s needs. We simply could not be happier, and the pergola looks fantastic! Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
We are absolutely still loving our pergola. It gets so many compliments and we are out there almost daily/nightly. I attached a picture taken during a gentle Colorado rain. Quick question: the care and maintenance page recommends Sikkens Proluxe Cetol Log and Siding Stain-would one gallon suffice? Our yard is south-facing and gets Colorado sun all day and some areas of the wood look dry. I’d like to bring it back to health. Thank you and keep up the great work!
From starting the process of ordering the table to having it delivered, Forever Redwood is the best furniture company I have ever worked with. They went above and beyond normal customer satisfaction. The table is gorgeous and turned out exactly how I envisioned. I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful well made furniture with the BEST customer service a company could offer.
Hi Raul, You guys finished at about noon today and the results are wonderful. Really impressive looking structure and solid also. You exceeded our already high expectations. I have included one quick picture for you to see the final product and will send more another day. One very minor issue. I have also enclosed a photo showing the inside of my windows. The windows attached to the structure via the nail find. I guess I had assumed the design included some wood to go over the top of the nailing frames to hide all of the screws. If the design did not include it, could you please have your folks plan on installing this framing when they come and do the ceiling. Let me know if there's a cost associated with this and I would be happy to pay you. Thanks. Douglas B. - Houston, TX.
Raul, I’m still making work with your redwood. I wondered if you know anyone who is selling large chunks of madrone burl? I would like to find a couple of them if possible. Thanks, Robyn Roby H. We have enjoyed our swing so very much this summer. We are pleased with the workmanship and the instructions were easy to follow. It was a great project for my grandson and me to put it together.
I am so excited about the table, we are loving it! ! Thank you for all your help.
