Customer Stories

This is what happens when you build a big pavilion in a small town.

We have been enjoying our bench swing for over three years. It's made of Douglas fir and although it has faded in the Florida sun and salt air, it's still very beautiful. We have not cleaned or sealed it yet and we'd like to know how to clean it and apply a clear sealant so it continues to look its best. Is it too late to protect it? Thank you!

Thank you for sharing. Here are a few shots-we really love the structure you built for us! Thanks again for sharing the video.

We completed our amenities area with many courts, parking spaces and a storage shed. The crown jewel is a 35 x 45 pavilion with lighting, fans and full electrical service. After more than three years we had our community grand opening and everyone loved it. Thank you for your magnificent pavilion!

We received the shipment and could not be more pleased with the appearance and quality of the step stool. We appreciate that you customized it so the darker redwood pieces were used for the base and the lighter pieces for the top. Thank you for your attention to detail!

Email exchange about submitting photos for the 2024 photography contest. Raul said my shots were fantastic and that our pavilion is the statement piece of my backyard. I look forward to the contest results and appreciate the great products that distinguish my backyard.

My neighbor used his tractor to unload the truck for your crew, and they appreciated it. I have great neighbors and you’re in my thoughts. The boys arrived exactly when they said they would. Your crew is polite and likable-an asset to your business. It’s a pleasure to have them here and to know them. The world needs more folks like these guys. Thank you kindly for everything.

We completed the build of our beautiful front porch cover. There were challenges requiring adjustments due to our roof rafters but the structure is beautiful and ready to go. We missed the double‑sided sticky tape in our kit and had to buy some, but overall we are thrilled with the outcome and appreciate the detail in your work.

I purchased a 12' by 20' Douglas Fir Del Norte pavilion for the back patio of my two‑story home. The quality of the wood and precision of cutting and assembly were excellent. The pavilion was preassembled then disassembled and sealed before shipment. Packaging was superb and there was no damage in shipment. The design department worked closely with me for permit approval, and the pavilion easily passed Pasadena inspections. Staff communicated clearly, kept their commitments, and I am very pleased with the final product.

I want to express my gratitude to your company and what a pleasure it was dealing with everyone from design to the two men who delivered the pavilion. I uploaded photos and hope our area meets your portfolio requirements. Again thanks.

Everything went great. I assembled it by myself and it was a fun project. My only complaint is that the bottles of touch‑up stain were dried up, and I would like to purchase more of the coffee color stain. This was a great project and neighbors and family are impressed. Thank you.

The pergola is beautiful and high quality; overall the experience was positive. The order arrived on time, but the assembly team struggled with the chaotic travel environment and there was uncertainty about when they would be onsite and when the project would be completed.

Everything went as scheduled with no damage or missing parts. The instructions were very easy and clear. The bench is very beautiful and I have no complaints. Thanks for such a professional product.

Overall experience was very good. We paid for the White Glove service and it was well worth the extra cost. The quality and workmanship of our pergola met all of our expectations. Where else can you get a product made from mature redwoods?

Thank you for a very pleasant transaction! From planning to delivery the experience was ideal. The pieces arrived on time with nothing damaged. We did have a slight mix‑up with the “boots” for the posts, but that was quickly and easily rectified. Thanks for creating a great product backed with excellent customer service and delivery teams!

The order was on time and turned out even more beautiful than we expected. The assembly was easy thanks to the clear instructions. The quality and finish of the bench are superb. From start to finish each employee I dealt with was professional, pleasant and very easy to work with. Every step of the process was beyond expectations. Thank you to each and every one of your representatives.

The order arrived per the shipping schedule. The box that the pergola pieces came in was impressive; everything arrived safe and secure at our home in Indiana. The carpenters were happy with the instructions. We love how our pergola looks and would highly recommend Forever Redwood to others.

Our fabulous dream glider arrived on time and every piece was perfectly crafted. My husband, son and stepson assembled it in a day. The staff has been very gracious in responding to questions and each piece was well protected for shipping. We were kept up to date on every step along the process, which was an added bonus. The rocking motion is peaceful and provides a perfect place to read, reflect and catch up with friends. It sits on a flagstone patio under trees and we can enjoy it even in a downpour because the roof keeps us dry. It was a pleasure to work with Forever Redwood.

We promised a selection of photos once the swing was in place. Our lives after more than forty years of marriage are as these photos depict: a look towards the horizon amidst lush vegetation. Your swing made our dreams come true. Please convey our sincerest gratitude to the team. The swing is now miles away in a different forest in Marugan, Segovia, Spain, but with its heart where it was born. Gracias.

Just wanted to drop a note and tell everyone thank you. Your whole team was excellent to work with. We placed a time‑lapse video camera on the project and will send it in a couple weeks. Our construction crew started assembling the pavilion on Monday and finished in four days. They were complimentary of your work and the directions to reassemble; they really liked this project. Here are a couple pictures.

Greetings from Virginia! Forever Redwood was mentioned in an article about our garden lab at Frederick Douglass Elementary School where the beautiful pergola you made still stands in magnificent condition as the centerpiece. I attached updated pictures. We think of Forever Redwood and its amazing staff often and are grateful for your partnership in this program. I hope all is well your way. With deep gratitude.
