Customer Stories

Hi Raul, Our long-awaited picnic table (S/N 6849) arrived yesterday, and we finished assembling it today. It looks great! - I’ve attached a photo. We extend our thanks to everyone at Forever Redwood for their contributions to the design, realization, and delivery of such a wonderfully crafted product. It’s a work of art. Among the many features of the picnic table and benches that we are impressed with are: Our only regret: that it wasn’t here to enjoy sooner. But I expect we, our children, and our grandchildren will enjoy it for years to come. We hope you and your team remain safe and well. Enjoy the weekend. With my regards,

We love our boxes as do our lettuces and kale.

Shipment of replacement parts arrived for my table intact. Parts are in storage now and I'm looking forward to assembling them on my picnic cable. Thank you Forever Redwood!

Beautiful 12' x 5' table! Thank you

The product arrived on time and was exactly as described and pictured. All parts were clearly labeled to ensure the assembly would go smoothly. Assembly was easy and fast. It is beautiful and very well made, it looks like it will last many, many years! I would recommend Forever Redwood to anyone looking for a wood made product the is beautiful and long lasting.

Your delivery guys were fantastic and they are such hard workers!

The planters came quickly and the custom stain color was exactly what I had hoped for. They are perfect!

Hi Raul! We finished! It was a little harder than I expected but really not too bad. The triangle trusses and the roof panels were heavy but we got help with those. It looks beautiful! ! I still have the metal roof to get done. I have the rough-in electrical done but we have to still get the LED lights and probably a small ceiling fan. Thanks for your team’s great work with our Pavilion! ! Attached are a couple of pictures. Thanks

Looks Great!

Raul, I would be very remiss if I did not properly acknowledge the absolute World Class Service the entire Forever Redwood team provided from start to finish. You should be very proud. .. they were awesome in every respect. Below is a quick note from Max Gleason, husband and father of those that perished that tragic day. Again Raul, please express our sincere appreciate to the Forever Redwood team. Best regards,

Raul, Sorry I forgot to send you a photo. It came on time and your driver could not have been nicer. Only took 2 days to install. I am putting 2 antique lights on later.

Hi Forever Redwood My wife and I were totally pleased with the whole transaction. From ordering online to the day the beautiful seat bench was delivered. The colors and the choice of the wood was beyond my expectations. We get many compliments on the butternut color and the grain of the wood.

Hello Victor We put together our table and are so very happy. Thank you for your excellent customer service and beautiful quality. Thanks again.

Raul The table and chairs have been set up. Absolutely beautiful! Can’t wait for the virus to be gone so we can have a big dinner party. Thanks again! Looking forward to getting the swing now. Best

Raul and team I attach some photos of our almost completed landscaping around the pergola. A wisteria is growing up the wires on the back side and roses are planted to go up the front posts. The deck is Pakari, a treated radiata pine. Our contractor, landscaper and garden designer think this is a perfect structure for the site (as do we). We will send more photos as the plants mature and maybe you can use them in your promo materials. Regards

Arrived and it’s BEAUTIFUL :). Thank you!

Thanks Raul! It looks great! ! The crew was efficient and did a careful job! Haven’t tested it yet with rain but I’m looking forward to being dry while sipping wine in a storm! ! Well worth all the time and planning!

The table is prefect. We are very happy with our order. The quality is more than we expected.

Not only a timely delivery, but a great product. Even the wood used for the shipping crate was beautiful, and every piece of that is being used; two neighboring art teachers claimed the panels of the shipping crate for projects, for example. Everything arrived intact and ready to assemble. My contractor had our 10' x 20' pergola up in a few hours. Interactions with everyone at FR were great. I promise to send pictures as soon as I have good enough photographs to do justice to this great product.

Everything arrived in great shape, the packing was done extremely well. The instructions were pretty clear. Assembly was easy except for one bolt which seemed to be off by 1/2". I just redrilled that hole. I am very happy with the appearance and overall quality of the wishing well. The interactions and updates from you were excellent. If I ever need something further from Forever Redwood, I'd have no concerns about working with you again.
