About the Classic Wooden Picnic Bench
The classic picnic bench, perfect for backyards, parks, camps and restaurant patios. Its simple design and rugged build are made to last a lifetime.
- Sizes2 ft to 8 ft long, seating 1 to 5 (5 ft is the most popular), in 15", 17½" or 20" heights. Shorter ones are popular at the ends of a table, longer ones along the sides.
- BuildBoards a full 2" thick, with 11½" wide seats on 18⅜" wide bases. A 5 ft bench weighs about 35 lbs.
- Made ofSeveral grades of redwood and Douglas-fir, with 10- to 30-year warranties. You can see and compare them all in the configurator. California Redwood is the most popular.
