Starting this past May, we began to receive many more orders than we were used to. I guess this is a good thing for most businesses, but it has caused some delays on our end to get all orders out on time. As most of you know, we make everything by hand with very experienced carpenters. We can’t just hire people off the street. So, we had to scramble to hire, equip and train new personnel during most of 2012 to slowly adjust and get caught up without sacrificing one iota of our commitment to quality. I want to thank all our patient customers for working with us and also to let you know that we are ready with extra crews in place for the busy 2013 season that will begin shortly. In the coming weeks we will be sending an email out to all of our existing customers inviting them to participate in what will be our 3rd annual photo contest. It is a lot of fun. We receive all kinds of great and funny photos and we give away a shopping spree for the first 3 place finishers. Thank you again for your continuing support.
